Terms & Conditions of Coach / Bus hire:

1. Entrance and porterage fees are not included in quotation. (including Chapmanspeak)

2. Quote includes coach/bus driver, fuel and R100-million passenger liability insurance.

3. Quote does not include commission.

4. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE BEFORE DEPARTURE.

5. 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking / Full payment before departure

6. 10% cancellation fee if cancelled less than 7 days before departure date.

7. Prices are subject to statutory increases.

8. Any changes made to the itinerary may affect the price and must be requested in writing.

9. Smoking and consumption of alcoholic beverages on coaches/buses will not be allowed.

10. The group is responsible for meals and single accommodation of the driver(s) where applicable.

11. The national speed limit of 100 km/h must be adhered to.

12. Mosopolugo drivers must obey traffic regulations at all times.

13. Mosopolugo cannot be held responsible for lost and/or damaged luggage

14. Any damages caused to the coach/bus equipment will be claimed from the client.

15. Service is subject to availability on confirmation. Coach might be sub hired during peak times.
